Reservations for #AaoHYB start on the 3rd November, 2014 and go on till the 31st December or till the general quota runs out of availability.


From the 1st January, we will punch an extra surcharge in the form of Tatkal fare.

Registration Tariffs (General Quota):

Only Delegate (No Accommodation) : Rs 2500

Delegate Fee with 2-night Accommodation

3A Accommodation : Rs 4500

2A Accommodation : Rs 5500

Accommodation without Delegate Fee

3A Accommodation : Rs 1000 per person per night

2A Accommodation : Rs 1500 per person per night

Tatkal Quota opens on Jan 1st, 2015 and excess fare of Rs 500 per booking would be charged.

Premium Tatkal Quota would open on Jan 16th, 2015 and fare would increase by Rs 200 over the Tatkal fare every 5 days thereafter.

All bookings close on the Jan 31st, 2015.


Delegate Fee includes:
  • Convention Entrance, Field Trips, etc
  • Convention Kit
  • Lunch on 14th & 15th
  • Dinner on 14th

Accommodation includes:
  • Two night (48hr) accommodation
  • Double Occupancy (2A) or Triple Occupancy (3A) accommodation
  • Buffet Breakfast(2)
  • Check-in can be on the 13th or 14th Feb. 
  • 24-hr check in
  • Accommodation will be on a first-come-first-serve basis


Since IRFCA is not a registered entity, payments would be collected in favour of a known registered entity PDM Infotainment.

Payments can be made by Cheque/DD payable at Hyderabad or by NEFT funds transfer.

  • Each individual must make a separate registration entry even if more than one delegate do a joint payment transfer.
  • If you are making NEFT payments, kindly do so before you fill the Registration form.
  • If you are making a cheque/DD payment, kindly note the number of the same to enter during registration.
  • In case of cheque payments, you can deposit the cheque in any HDFC branch across the country.
  • Cash payments are accepted only if made to any of the organising members directly prior to registration.

Cancellations and Refunds
  • Your registration can be cancelled only until Dec 31. You will get a refund minus a nominal clerckage charge of Rs 200 per person.
  • Your registration and/or accommodation can be transferred to another person until Jan 15, 2015. Again a nominal clerckage charge of Rs 200 per person would be applicable. No part transfers allowed however.
  • No cancellations and refunds would be applicable after Jan 15th, barring exceptional conditions as might be deemed by the organisers.
